Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are given hereunder and on our website (any other printed material), and the Brochures form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. You must read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions and Brochures before registering yourself / family/friends for any of our tours.

1. Rs. 6,000/- per head in advance to be paid for booking before 150 days until the availability of seats.

2. Balance amount to be paid in Online/ Cash/ Account Payee Cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS/ drafts in favour of “HOLIDAY Tours and Travels, Kolkata” at least 30 days before the date of journey start, otherwise the reservation of seat will be treated as cancelled.

3. Tour cost includes Transportation, Accommodation in hotels (family-wise); any additional person in the same room will be provided either cot or mattress on the floor.

4. The passenger must bear all entry fees, guide charges, any taxes, camera charges, and others which are not included with the itinerary.

5. If the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, extra costs will have to be born on the passenger.

6. Due to any natural calamity, defense restriction, strike  or political disturbance, -  if the tour gets cancelled, in that case, 25% of the tour cost will be deducted from the advance amount.

7. Cancellation policy

A=. 45 Days before 15% of Total Tour price will be deducted.

B=.. 30 Days before 30% of Total Tour Price will be deducted.

C=. 15 days before 75% of Total tour price will be deducted.

D=. No refund is allows if cancellation is made within 14 Days.

E=. No refund for Bhutan, Leh & Andaman tour.

* No cancellation will be accepted without any prior Cancellation Letter.

8. Tour program changed, altered, varied, extended or cancelled due to any unavoidable reason, the  “HOLIDAY Tours and Travels, Kolkata”  management will not be liable for the same.

9. If there is any increase in fuel cost for transportation after booking, the difference in amount will have to be borne on the passengers.

10. Management of  “HOLIDAY Tours and Travels, Kolkata”  will not be liable for any loss/ damage of goods, life/ robbery/ theft of passenger’s belongings whatsoever during the trip.

11. Passengers should carry their Govt. approved photo identity card and COVID Vaccination Certificate throughout the journey.

12. Every Passenger have to carry his/her personal luggage himself/herself; anything beyond that extra charge have to be born on the passengers.

13. Passengers are requested to carry their personal *medicines throughout the journey.

14. All legal matters will be settled in Kolkata Jurisdiction only.

15. 5% GST applies to all domestic tour packages. But for any foreign packages, 5% GST + 5% TCS will be applicable over the total tour cost.

16. Railway ticket reservation is fully depends of the system of Railway Board of India.

17. ***It is assumed that the passengers are fully aware of the Terms & Conditions as well as the Cancellation policy of the company before signing the Proposal cum Agreement Copy.
